Warranty

The warranty on all CHILOVI works is for a LIFETIME and covers only any production defects found in our 'Pieces Of Art', such as ineffective magnetism, and includes free repair or replacement of recognized defective components.

To benefit from this warranty, the purchaser must present the warranty certificate, duly completed, dated, and stamped and signed. It is therefore recommended to keep this certificate carefully.

Due to their craftsmanship, the works may have different shapes, sizes, and color nuances that are obviously not classifiable as defects.

Damages resulting from improper use of the works are excluded from the warranty and cannot be considered a reason for product return or replacement.

Examples of such damages include impacts, chipping, use of magnets other than those prescribed by Chilovi, unauthorized modifications and repairs, damages resulting from contact with water or exposure to temperatures above 80 degrees, and unauthorized manipulations or repairs outside of our company.

It should be noted that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from the wear and aging of the aluminum structure, the magnet, and the 24K gold leaf mosaic crystals.

Parts that, at the sole discretion of Chilovi technicians, present manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no charge. The replacement or warranted merchandise will be shipped as soon as possible, with pickup and delivery expenses borne by Chilovi.

We are available for repair and maintenance services, in order to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction and extend the life of our works. In case of evident damage or alterations to the product, please promptly communicate in writing to our company, attaching any photos of the damaged product.
